Madden's first steps

Ok, I wanted to document this today so that I never forget the date. I say this through tears...Madden took his first steps today. I feel such overwhelming pride, sadness, and happiness all at once. He is such a little risk taker. He is very curious, happy, and he makes my life so rich. Congrats Madden (my 32 weeker), at taking your first steps today at the ripe young age of 10 months and 12 days. Video and/or pics to follow when he isn't so camera shy. In the mean time, here is a pic of he and J-LU watching TV. Oh, and a pic of Myles trying to decide if he likes her or not.

Halloween in August?

So I'm a tad bit early for Halloween, but I figured I better buy their costumes now before the mad rush, and plus...I have several birthday party's to plan. Rod and the boys all have a birthday within a week of each other in October, so I'll be busy. Does that make me a little less crazy for dressing my kid up as a lion in late August? It's almost too much cuteness for one person to handle. Myles' costume is on its way. :)

Fun times were had by all at Prime Lounge for Wine Down Wednesday. $5 bottles of wine. Are you serious? Yes, I'm serious. It made for a fun evening with the chicas.
